Business Case
“Type of focus for the pilot was not explained clearly. Strategic Sourcing was an example - perhaps another example would have been more clear...it caused confusion.”

content of the course material
“Overall it is a totally new subject and additional procurement resources for study as well as additional procurement knowledge. It was difficult at first to grab the objectives of the subject in question. Sometimes, the content material is a bit confusing and does not explain the exact meaning of the subject. There are some clichés and metaphors used by the author that are difficult to understand on first reading unless reread twice or thrice to be able to assimilate fully. Some parts were difficult to understand even after several readings especially the first introduction and the middle of the course material. I believe it's not the best way to introduce a new subject material as the language structure could have been more simplified and made easy to understand. ”

Express Courses
“I think members might acquire more value from a slightly more thorough course at a proportionately higher price point - perhaps a midpoint of sorts between a $15 course and several hundred course of $100?”
