Many of you who have called in to the Next Level Purchasing Association offices seeking enrollment help have spoken with our Business Development Manager, Kara.  Last month, I was delighted to present Kara with an award for a whopping 10 years of service at the NLPA!

Kara started as a part-timer at the NLPA in 2006.  She was handling things ranging from mailing certificates to creating media used in our online procurement training courses.

As the NLPA grew – we had gone from 30,000 members to 281,000 in 10 years – so did Kara’s responsibilities and contributions to the organization.  She had been most recently handling “individual and small group accounts” – mostly providing individuals with expert counseling on how to earn and leverage their purchasing certification.  In 2015, she set an NLPA sales record!

Today, her responsibilities now include working with select large companies on putting enterprise-wide procurement training plans in place.  We are thrilled to have Kara as a key contributor to the NLPA’s success for so long and look forward to more years of mutual success!
