I don’t watch much TV.
OK, I do admit to watching the Steelers when they are playing during my kids’ 1:30 – 3:30 nap time. But other than that there’s really one show that I make sure to tape and watch weekly – The Apprentice.
One theme that gets repeated quite often in the tasks is that the team that doesn’t devote much time to understanding the customer usually loses.

The most important thing a president of any organization can do is listen to its customers, members, students, etc. I am happy to devote time to learning what’s on your mind.
