SPSM2® Certification

Demonstrate that you are among the best in the purchasing field

The world of purchasing and supply management is constantly changing and growing. The standards for the performance excellence of purchasing professionals like you are continually being raised. Accomplishments that are considered advanced one year are usually considered common practice years later and even outdated years after that. As a result, there are purchasing professionals that are regarded as top talent and then there is everyone else.

But the good news is you have the opportunity to become one of the best in the purchasing field by earning your SPSM2® Certification. Recognizing that purchasing is evolving in its responsibilities and duties, the SPSM2® Certification will allow your certification to grow with you and prepare you for new challenges you will experience in your career.

The SPSM2® is not a replacement for the original SPSM® Certification, but simply a higher level of achievement. Similar to a master's degree being a higher level compared to a bachelor's degree, the SPSM2® will be an indication of your continued dedication to advancing your career. The SPSM2® Certification builds on the skills and knowledge that you have already acquired while earning the SPSM® Certification and adds training on processes that are becoming more significant in the purchasing field- international procurement and managerial skills.
