that we design and host for you.
Every time someone uses this
order form to sign up for our
classes, your business or
purchasing association earns a
15% commission! We'll send your
commission to you monthly.
To apply to become a referral
affiliate, simply complete and
submit the form below. Within seven days, we
will notify you by email whether
or not your business or
purchasing association is
approved. If your association is
approved, this email will
contain the text to include on
your Web site and/or in your
